Servicing


A full reel service includes: a complete strip down, de-grease, ultrasonic clean, component test, re-grease/oil and re-assembly.


The de-greaser used is enviromentally friendly, water-based and non-solvent.


Once re-assembled, reels are treated with a PTFE coating that aids water beading, protects against dirt and prolongs the life of paintwork.

Should any faulty parts or repairs be needed during the service, you will be contacted prior to carrying out any work to seek your approval.


A number of common parts are held in stock but it may be necessary to order in components.  If this is the case, you will be given an updated schedule.

Repairs & Upgrades


All types of repairs and upgrades performed to get your reels working perfectly.


Some of the more popular upgrades are line clips, slow oscillation drives and crabontex drag washers (can be custom cut to fit your reels).


Repairs include anything from replacing missing washers through to a full re-build in a new body.  A large number of parts are held in stock for most common reel.  Nothing too big or too small.
